The treatment plan was tailored to my needs, and I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in both strength and flexibility. I truly appreciate their care and would recommend this clinic to anyone needing physiotherapy.”
I absolutely do not recommend this physiotherapy clinic or Dr. Ketan. My experience was deeply frustrating and ultimately jeopardized my WSIB claim. The front desk staff was consistently disorganized and seemed unfamiliar with the WSIB process, leading to delays and unnecessary stress with my paperwork.
