This law office has helped several of my family members over the years. The staff are always friendly and courteous and the office is clean, comfortable and welcoming! They even let me use a charger during a prolonged deposition and brought me coffee! I cannot say enough nice things about this law office and would recommend to any and everyone needing a personal injury or workman's comp attorney!!
Roger Fincher is a rather jolly and somewhat jocular fellow, decent guy at face value, helpful in moderation, but also treacherous, will deny a client justice and further healing if it results in a quicker and cheaper settlement. Some of his younger staff offered to represent me after his ineptitude last hearing; he may be going through his own injury disabilities. They weren’t the best at communication but they won my case so any complaints I have are minor
My husband used Mr. Fincher's services when he had a back injury at work.
