I live there, and I'm giving a 3 star rating. It's my home, but much of this historic building needs improvement and maintenance. Some of this apt building is great. My appt was never renovated prior to me moving in. Horrible walls weren't repainted. The carpets are an eye soar. New apts are now being renovated immediately after the tenant moves out. No carpets, hard wood floors, painted. Brand new windows. All of which I should of had but will never get. Been living here 7 years and no changes can be made since there isn't ... read more

Been searching the office of ICS (Int. Correspondence School), Scranton, PA through Google Maps. Do not know why this building keeps appearing on the search result.
Every summer these black families go outside and start barbecuing behind the Finch tower's apartment they blast their music so loud that it disturbs people all around the vicinity really they need to do something about that and it happens on weekends they bring all these kids a lot of cooking in case of a fire you're not supposed to do that and then they have this loud repetitive music
