The service I have received from the service department at Hunt Valley has been poor. The service department does not return my phone calls. Promises to call me on my cell phone after showing up at the store have not been kept. Other phone calls to Hunt Valley are automatically transferred to their Westminster store where I've gotten voicemail, but no return call. And all this after they've service my lawnmower, but not returned it.
