I had a very pleasant experience at the Maple store, especially with the customer service provided by Carm. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Because of her pleasant sunny demeanor, I will definitely visit the store again!

Made me and my fiance feel very 'cheap' and inadequate as my ring did not meet their expectations in their ability to get it sized. EDIT TO RESPOND TO OWNER SINCE I CAN'T REPLY: While I appreciate your response, albeit 6 months later, the way your employees treat your potential customers is a reflection of your business. If you want to act in such a way that you are judgmental towards others, then that is fine.
