The townhomes may be extra nice however the man that we have spoken to is very condescending. I have spoken to him twice as has another lady. All of the conversations have led to him stating he controls the market in Bluefield and questions the ability to pay the $1200 rent. I understand the prescreening, but if I couldn’t afford the rent I wouldn’t not have called several times. we are now dealing with an extraordinarily super real estate company in finding an apartment in the area. This is an exceptionally nice townhouse - nice, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful units. Landlord is always ready to assist in anyway he can. Stays on top of repairs, etc. Highly recommend this location.
