I have had two great experiences having my company vehicle serviced at Fincastle Automotive. I had my oil changed and during the complimentary multi point inspection Randall noticed that my rear brakes were in need of replacement. A few weeks later we set up a time to replace. The waiting room is very nice, enjoyed a bottled water while I waited.
Just had a rearend replaced on my pickup. They done a good job at a fair price. I will use them again.

These guys are a rare find. Very proficient at what they do and will not give up until the prove what the problem is. Too many shops have become part changers and simply swap parts in an attempt to repair an issue. Randall & his partners will make all the needed diagnostic checks until they can prove which component is at fault. True to their word on every count and they will stand behind the work they do. They will treat you with respect and perform an honest accurate repair for you.
I needed to go out of town due to a death in my family on the last day of the month and had to have an inspection sticker. I had put it off too long and it was last minute. I called every place I could locally and no one was able to fit me in.
