FRFCU is amazing ! Their rates are great ! Their customer service amazing . The jersey city branch in particular has been extremely helpful with any issues that prop up . I’d highly recommend them - and I am saying this after evaluating multiple banks !
I have been trying for almost a year to find out who and what this establishment is that I have not dealt with. I tried too many times to count getting in touch with them. No one ever calls me back and I’m about sick of it because they lay on my credit report something I don’t even have the proper information Nor know if this is the proper contact. The number that is on the report is disconnected and my address is not right and never was that and anything transacted.
The staff are professional and always ready to assist. Received great financial advice and services from the Newport Ctr location. Marcela is the best!
