Awful! They are so unorganized. The site isn’t user friendly. Customer service is useless. Go to another credit union to get credit cards. It was easier to buy my home than to deal with their incompetence

I had an amazing experience with this credit union. Signed up a few months ago as I started my small business in NJ. Applied for a business credit card this past week and process overall went well. Jasmine (sorry if I spelled the name incorrectly) was wonderful in assisting me with my requests and communication was awesome.
This institution is not part of the CU Services network and charges ATM fees if you do not hold an account there. Can’t speak to the customer service or financial products.
