This bank is not backed by the NCUSIF, your money is not secured. This bank authorized a $60k check to be cashed from my bank account without any security measures to prevent it-then blamed me for this endorsement. This is not the bank for you if you need your finances secured.
Awful! They are so unorganized. The site isn’t user friendly. Customer service is useless. Go to another credit union to get credit cards. It was easier to buy my home than to deal with their incompetence
