I've been banking with FRFCU since 2000, back when it was originally Financial Assurance Federal Credit Union. Every rep I've ever dealt with has offered the highest level of customer service. They're always prompt, informative and pleasant to work with. Although I had a little trouble navigating outside transfers and payments on their website in the beginning, I've since learned how their system works enough to not have that be an issue to my banking needs. I highly recommend FRFCU.
I recently refinanced my car thru FRFCU and I never in my life found it to be so difficult to pay a bill.! I never even heard of a banking company that don't have 24 hour phone support. I will be looking to refinance soon
My name is Naveen Bachan. I went to the branch of First resources FCU in Bridgewater NJ. I would give them 5 stars rating for everything. Best customer service. Highly recommended this branch. I opened an account in the last week, Everybody was so helpful. Me & my wife became a member and they also gave us small present for becoming an member.
