The worst, sit on hold for 20+ min, I've tried to change my address twice and they still send my mail to my old address. They tried to charge me a late fee on my auto loan, turned out they owed me money after 3 days of dealing with them & now they're doing it again. Customer service has an attitude like you're bothering them when you call. Website and mobile app are sad and clunky that freeze at times or functions don't work. They managed to direct deposit one of my employees paycheck to some random account by accident.
Don't ever finance a car through them and suspend your collision insurance for the winter because the car is in storage! They will make you pay it up in full plus charge interest and late fees! There is no need to carry collision insurance when a vehicle is parked for the winter, insurance companies also agree, but these people are off the charts unreasonable! Will never deal with them or recommend them!

Terrible customer service. Won’t let customers close accounts. History of data breaches not handled appropriately.
Please do not finance anything through financial resources credit union. No one knows how to do their job. They never know what’s going on. Spoke to many different agents. Never again. Especially the lady that handles the gap claims. She needs to be fired ASAP.
Love everything about them. Call them with questions their able to help me right away. Very attentive and great customer service. Eugenia is the best!!!!
