Nothing but good things to say about Financial One, The Coon Rapids Branch is awesome, very nice people work here who always are so friendly and polite. (night and day difference from other places, it amazing how polite people can make you feel) Good Job !!! A+ !!!!
These guys are awful to deal with they double charged me for my car payment on Saturday and refuse to admit it though my Banks clearly can prove that they have presented two different payment tickets they refused to work with me I refuse to be kind and where is he refused to give me my money back!! I have a special needs child and my account has been negative since Saturday and this guy named Ron there is rude and not at all helpful to say the least! Do NOT work with them!!
