Needed them when an employer no longer offered insurance. They found better coverage for significantly less money. Very responsive as well.
They are the most unprofessional, irresponsible and underhanded company you will ever find. They get you in with low rates and throw you out once you get to year two. Jody Abood deliberately misled cancellation dates and procedure. I had OK experience with Ryan Fragala before but it looks he and his team are too good for peasants. Just buy insurance (both home and auto) from anyone else.
FIS Insurance is our go to insurance provider. There customer service is top notch! They are on the ball and always looking for ways to help us save money!
