This company is a total disaster in processing and billing credit card fees. I had an enormous bill and after 10 years of using this outfit talked to their horrendous foreign call center and reached someone with poor english who just repeated some high level script about "how fees vary each month, etc" but did NOT respond to the specific question regarding why. No longer a financial Group thing, it's just a place for rent. Had a party here and the owner was outside the whole time in a white dodge van watching everyone going in and out. Honestly it was weird and creepy, I understand they want to make sure that their place is safe and all, but they should at least be inside with all the people instead of standing outside like creeps.
The owner was just looking at us instead of just leaving or going inside and the and he was so Annoying because he keeped on coming to tell us something
I love how anyone who mentions Drew gives 5 stars! Drew deserves it, however he no longer works here. Without Drew, they are 1 star kind of company.
If I could have given ZERO stars I would. I have been charged for services NEVER provided, when I have tried to rectify it I was given a back and forth between FIG and their processing company. I was never able to get an auto withdrawal removed from my account so I had to spend even more money to put a stop payment on my account. I am COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED and have not been helped at all.
