They never answer the phone, the company has gone down the past 3 years. A lot of hands on things causing too much confusion, communication is terrible.
Poor customer service to the upmost. The worst representation of services provided for minority by minority I've seen in my life,true enough they gave me my 1st shot at a loan from a financial institution and I did pay them back as well but,if I could do it all over again I'd bypass them.Never can get anyone at the East 10nth street location to simply answer the phone. I have NEVER seen a bank that you can't call and speak with someone over the phone VERY VERY inconvenient and terrible customer service when u work, and when you get off the bank is closed. It's already only a limited amount open and operating and then they want you to leave a msg to talk about your account need new bank ASAP‼️
I been with them since 2012 this the worst bank in history
