I had the pleasure of working w/Nicole Vargas re: the purchase of my NOW two bedroom Condo. Nicole was NOT ONLY Professional and always responsive but thoughtful! Michael Vasallo at Financial Equities, gives big promises in the loan application process, however once the process starts and time comes to lock rate and closing arrives, he would be not reachable via phone/email. He will provide a high interest rate and obligate to buy down discount points. Will not entertain market fluctuation of change 0.25%, previously promised.
