Worst bank ever, anytime you go into a branch there’s only 1 maybe 2 people working. Lines are always long. Always making you pay unexpected charges without telling you. Nobody ever knows what’s going on with their online portals. Got a ATM card just for it not to work. I wish I never choose them for my auto loan. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and they wonder why they are going out of business.

Honestly have no idea how this Credit Union still has customers. They don’t care about the people they are servicing and it shows in the lack of customer service. Closed my accounts and will do my shared branching somewhere else where they treat customers how the employees themselves would want to be treated.

This organization is a joke. Their fee schedule will make sure you end up owing them money on you HSA account if you don’t use it. I didn’t think this was even legal. Absolute scam of a financial institution This is after your response. You charged the account for inactivity fees, paper statement fee, service fee and bad address fee (which was your mistake). So if your customers don’t use their HSA account because they have a healthy year, you will drain their account with fees.
