Horrible customer service
I like the location in greenwood and Lawrence but I work around here so I have to come play my car loan at this location in my lunch break. Apparently there is no teller for the drive thru because I was told, after waiting 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, that they are very busy inside.... Then another 10 before I got my ID and receipt back. here because of the reviews and now I won't be coming back.
Can’t get balance if u don’t have your member number,, have to wait to talk to a representative to be able to get online .. also no 24hr custoservice to help with anything!!
What an absolute joke of a service. I have never dealt with such an incompetent company in my life. I have been bounced around on the phone for 30 minutes in an attempt to PAY MY BILL, only to have the automated service sound so distorted that it is indistinguishable. After I gave up on the phone service, I turned to the chat option, apparently only to be ignored and have my requests be neglected yet again. Your company is an absolute joke and you should be ashamed of the level of "customer service" you provide to your membe... read more
Horrible customer service. My car loan is thru here. I would never bank here. The office is run down and everytime I come to make a payment I wait over 30 mins! I would normally pay online but for some reason this place thinks it's fine to charge a substantial amount to do so. I'll be looking to refinance my loan at another institution.
