I was on hold for over an hour and then was disconnected. You can send an email but during high volume times, expect your email to not be answered for two weeks. Update: it’s October 5th and still no answers. Financial aid removed my fee deferment hold with no notification or explanation. Loans are delayed and hold time are still 2 hours+ and then they hang up on you.

They keep hanging up on me
I think it’s ridiculous that I even have to leave a review for a single department at a school, but the Fresno State Financial Aid Office is awful. No matter what time or day you call, you’re waiting at least 30 minutes, if they even answer. I was on hold for just under an hour just to get an automated message saying no one could help me before it hung up. Absolutely ridiculous.
