After being penalized for $95 charge that is was not even aware was sent to collection these guys refuse to help in any way even to just share a letter that shows i have paid. terrible terrible
My account Representative gives excuses when I am trying to resolve my debt. They try to set payment arrangement without my permission. I advise them that I will make my payments on my terms due to the fact my job was no longer secured. And told the account Representative I will not make any type of payment arrangements in case that I may not be able to make the payment. That is promise that I will NEVER commit too. So when the funds I will send in a payment. And will not pay online
These people are the worst of the worst collection agency
Please look at my other reviews. I hate having to leave negative reviews and this is only the second time in my life that I have been forced by circumstance to do so. I don't owe anything to anyone. I have NEVER ignored a bill or missed a payment to any entity in my life and my 800+ credit score reflects that. These people have been harassing me for over 6 years due to a supposed unpaid bill to a defunct trash company that got bought out by a larger corporation. I received a collection letter for a debt that was not mine. The rep was extremely unprofessional and actually laughed at me on the phone when I tried talking to him. Really horrible treatment.
