This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I moved from my old apartment into a house in November 2025. Upon moving I had to break my lease and it was in the agreement that I had to pay 60 days worth of rent. Fine, no problem. On December 30th I and the leasing agency signed the agreement of the final move out charges and balance paid. Employees calling you will insult you when you call out their bluff. If you know the law and know what you're talking about, they will be extremely rude, insult and name call. If you request proof of the original debt owed, they will insult you and state you already have it.

We all end up at a place like this for an annoying reason.. but to make it worse, anyone you talk to over the phone at this agency is horrible rude and invasive. Why are these employees asking personal questions about the income you depend on and criticizing the payment amounts you are making?? I’m sorry for anyone who has to deal with this business.
