I was called about a $140 bill from an endodontist. This bill was initially around $100. It was for a procedure covered by two insurances. The collector told me repeatedly it was about to be reported to the credit bureau. Medical and dental debt under $500 can't be reported. It's now paid, but STOP LYING and this is also a compliance issue.
Extremely rude and unprofessional. Sketchy and unsavory practices as debt collectors. Management is very disorganized and send inaccurate information.

If I could leave 0 stars I sure would. My account rep is Luke and he's the rudest person I have spoken to in a while. They called my ex husband that I've been divorced from for years over a debt that wasn't his. When I asked Luke why they were calling him he said "that's irrelevant" I said no it's not and said I'm wondering why or how you got his information. Luke said "it doesn't matter and asked if I was in a place to take care of that bill. When I said no he just hung up the phone".
I would give zero stars if possible. Mine is a joint debt and neither of us have been contacted since August of last year until just a few days ago. I received a call from Tyler, whom I called back promptly once I left the appointment I was at. He was nice until the person I have the joint debt with called and asked for a breakdown of fees.
