I received two notices from the Franchise Tax Board stating that they thought I should have filed state tax returns. I have been an Arizona resident since 2013, but had a second house in Temecula, which was recently sold. Spoke to Steve Hamilton yesterday and emailed me that those two notices have been cancelled.
