Dealing with people is tough - but when it comes to financial difficulties - that's even harder. Our clinic has used Finance System of Green Bay for several years and we've never had a problem with them or their services.
I contacted them in MAY to see why my payments were not applied to my bill. We are in late OCT and they still cannot account for an almost $1000 payment. WDR sent me documents showing these payments taken from my taxes and sent to the correct place. I forwarded them, however Im still waiting for this to be sorted out months later
