In September of 2019 I contracted through FSGB to collect on a past due payment of a customer. I was referred this organization by another collection firm and after a quick review of Google and Facebook I thought this would be a good move. What a mistake. As a business owner I do not recommend this company. Monthly collection reports were sporadic at best. Wow where do I began! 11 Years ago I teamed up with Finance Systems for help collecting what was owed. in the 1st year, Finance Systems collected a lot of the old collections we had. I love that if we have a question they are always there willing to help where ever they can. Thank you for all your hard work. GREAT JOB!
We appreciate the opportunity to work with a professional company to assist us in collecting monies owed to our clients by tenants who owe them funds (rent and/or damages). FS keeps us informed of the progress of each collection monthly. We have had success with FS collecting fully the amounts due, some from former tenants we didn't believe we would ever see a payment from. Thank you for being a great partner!
