Run far away from finance of America. We had three real estate transactions in a row, and there were serious problems with all three. At all three closings, there was never an employee from FOA there. The last, and largest signing, Dana Brown who was in charge of the lending officers, promised to show up and she never did. Of course there were major problems with documents, and zero representation. Run far far away..
