Not happy with this finance institution. Had a loan for a vehicle, paid every month on time only to receive a letter saying they sold my loan to another out of state finance institution. Would have been nice to ask the customer first of their desires or objections. Now paid off my entire balance prior to receiving notification and have to deal with an out if state institution to obtain my title. Who knows if final payoff was posted correctly and now playing the waiting game. Will not ever deal with this Finance center again ... read more
The banks not entirely the worst, the only real problem i have is the time they close. I never have time to be able to go in at 4pm. Kind of early, other than that I have no complaints
