We are just so happy with how our patio turned out from Final Touch! Justin and his business partner were so easy to work with. Justin was always reachable to answer any questions we had throughout the process. It was SO hot when they did our patio but they worked incredibly hard to get it done in the time they estimated. Very flexible and truly good work for a good price! They even put down grass seed when they were all done! Couldn't be happier with out new outdoor space � Thank you guys so much for all the hard work!
So thankful we contacted Final Touch for our exterior design needs. They installed a beautiful two-tiered retaining wall to provide us with extra flower bed space. Superior quality, customer service, and knowledge of their craft. It was wonderful working with this company and we highly recommend them!!!!!
Solicit other bids before proceeding with Final Touch. A couple of things that reveal a lot about the company: 1) They did not build the wall to the specified height ... our wall is too short and looks off. 2) They used river dirt to fill the planting area ... we now have weeds and grubs in our planting area. Cutting corners and using cheap material is a bad sign for a contractor.

Bruce, I was never made aware of a problem. If there is anything we can do to help rectify this situation we would be more than willing to do it. We go to great lengths to satisfy our clients. If you would like more block than we can add more block. The topsoil we use is silty-loom topsoil which is the second most expensive, next to potting soil. Final Touch put in the most beautiful paver patio in our backyard. Dustin and his crew got the job done early (in time for a graduation party) and exceeded our expectations! Dustin responded quickly to my questions, and was very professional. I Highly recommend this company. They go above and beyond and do great work!!
We were so impressed with the work ethic, value, quality, and cooperative spirit. We love our new stone retaining walls.
