I've had this company for a year now and am very pleased. There are times when little things are not the way I would like, but I also know that it will never be exactly what I want if I don't do it myself. I agree with the review from Nicole V as far as Debbie, the manager is concerned, but she is now gone from Final Touch. The others I speak with on the phone are very pleasant. If I could, I would have given ZERO stars! What a joke! I asked them to come out to quote. They quoted $100 per week. I was fine with that amount and agreed to have them return. They came out, cleaned and left a bill for more than we agreed. Not to mention I was not happy with the job they did. They never cleaned our family room. When I called back I spoke with the manager, Debbie. What a horrible, rude person!!!! I have had a cleaning service/company/person all my adult life. Some I've had for a day, some for a month, some for a year or two. I am not the easiest person to please. I have now been with Final Touch Housekeeping for 12 years. Whenever they have fallen short of my expectations they come back and re-do the work. Thats the main reason I have stayed with this company. Their guarantee is just that, a real guarantee. I like most of the ladies that have come to clean. I want everyone to know what a honest and great company this is. I hired them to clean my home and hostess my husbands retirement party. The ladies, all of them, were professional and hard working. I will use them again and I will refer them to all of my family and friends. They went above and beyond my expectations. My little dog, Sissy, got sick at the party and they took care of it for me. Six hours at \$75/hr with a crew of 2 women unsupervised equaled a call to Final Touch Housekeeping management!! Visible cobwebs, fingerprints, dust & dirt remained in every room! Manager had "workers" CLEAN for almost 3.25 more hrs (free of charge)to get the inexcusable job done as originally promised. Wasted time & good money! Lived & learned, what a mistake to call Final Touch Housekeeping.
