I love this gym! Everything is very clean and organized. Tons of group fitness classes with several different times available- no matter what your schedule is, there’s something available for you. Instructors are awesome and make the classes fun! Gail (the owner) always pairs up with local businesses and there are prizes to win every month! I love that there are clean showers and lots of gym equipment. If you’re hesitating… just do it! This is your sign.

The best women’s only gym! I have been a member for over 20 years. Nonjudgemental and friendly staff. Affordable and competitive membership fees. I have also taught group fitness classes for over 20 years there. Highly recommended!
