I love this gym and at this moment I am not talking about the workout equipment although it is great. The environment, the people, the instructors and of course Gail, our owner, make this space somewhere we can go and be comfortable, be ourselves, be encouraged and at the same time have a great workout whether you choose one of the many classes or the equipment. The ladies are the best, you will absolutely make new friends, I know I have.

They offer so many classes that there is always something available to fit my schedule. The newly renovated gym space is welcoming & has everything you could possibly need. The staff is supportive, welcoming, & knowledgable.

I love this gym! Everything is very clean and organized. Tons of group fitness classes with several different times available- no matter what your schedule is, there’s something available for you. Instructors are awesome and make the classes fun! Gail (the owner) always pairs up with local businesses and there are prizes to win every month! I love that there are clean showers and lots of gym equipment. If you’re hesitating… just do it! This is your sign.

I love Final Touch, the women are all welcoming. The instructors are great. I love classes and I find I can dial up or dial down the intensity when I need to.
