I love this gym! Everything is very clean and organized. Tons of group fitness classes with several different times available- no matter what your schedule is, there’s something available for you. Instructors are awesome and make the classes fun! Gail (the owner) always pairs up with local businesses and there are prizes to win every month! I love that there are clean showers and lots of gym equipment. If you’re hesitating… just do it! This is your sign.
Been going here for a few months now, and my review couldn’t be better. I’m so thankful for this place and the staff for making my fitness journey as easy and enjoyable as possible. From the staff and trainers to the other gym members, everyone is so kind and helpful. Each day, you can challenge yourself with a new class depending on what’s scheduled, and the gym itself is always a beautiful, clean space. Thank you!!- I’m very happy I found this place :)
The largest variety of fitness classes across Norfolk as well as a friendly, non-judgmental, welcoming environment to achieve those goals! A great way to improve your physical health as well as mental health. Check it out. You won't be disappointed!
