Amazing gym!! Lots of different classes to choose from, with a warm & welcoming environment. All the teachers / trainers are wondering and the gym is always sooo clean!

It's wonderful! Great vibe, good equipment, great variety, lots of space, great staff, great trainer, lacks nothing. Maybe next time the treadmills could have book shelf?

Very clean facility, flexible hours, always greeted with a smile by their friendly staff and you can choose from a huge selection of exercise equipment. Ann and Julie listened to my fitness goals and helped to develop a personal training program that was just right for me.

$57 for a half hour pedicure? Uh no thank you, not going back. That was $30 worth at best. It wasn't anything special either, I'd rather get a $5 bottle at Walmart and do it myself. Even with a 15% discount I used, it still was more expensive than Elation Spa Also their manicures are limited in colour and design. I was actually told I couldn't do anything more complicated than single colours.

Feel at home here!! Purchased a membership and personal training. Julie set me up with a program that I'm comfortable with that's also sustainable! Over a month in, and loving it!!
