Yes, yes, yes! Our truck had a "close encounter" with another vehicle's rear end yesterday. Brought the truck in for evaluation and estimate. Main thing was the hood would not latch. Elias fixed it in less than five minutes at no charge. Paid him anyway...he deserved it! This shop was recommended by Hamptons Auto Repair (our go-to mechanics) and their recommendation was spot on. I brought my Mercedes into Final Touch for repairs on a damaged bumper and a small collision on the quarter panel. They performed excellent work within the time estimated at about 1/3 less cost then we were quoted elsewhere. When a small issue was found during the bumper repair, Elias called to explain how he wanted to proceed with the repair. They were professional and helpful, and I would not hesitate to bring my car to Final Touch for any additional paint or body work.
