She answered all my questions and told me exactly what to expect and what I needed to do with my insurance company. She assured me that Final Touch was an Allstate repair shop, which made me feel very secure about my being repaired at Rudy's! I was upset that Allstate was going to make me take my car to a different shop, Yes, I am a long time customer for over 40 years.
