The atmosphere, members, and instructors at this club are awesome. Nadine slays EVERY class she teaches and Janine's cycle class is a 30 minute killer fun calorie burn. Class assortment and activities are awesome.

Been a member forever and have to give a call out. Having some knee back and nerve problems and a bit depressed about it right now. Have not been there much but last night was great. Got a hug and a I miss you from staff. Got recommendations and suggestions about exercising and options for my back. Got stretching exercise suggestions from a member. Felt great when I left and my sciatic nerve does not bother me today. It is like a family. Thanks
