Igor has repaired my original Class C Tioga and now keeps my Roadtrek Simplicity Class B van in tip top shape. He has always been prompt in returning calls, scheduling work, completing it in a timely manner as well as doing an outstanding job. He has repaired everything from leaky roofs to leaky septic hoses. Igor knows his craft! Petaluma is lucky to have his business in our community!
Igor at FIN Coachworks is very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He replaced the macerator pump on our Roadtrek Zion van. It was completed in the timeframe that was promised. He suggested replacing the black and gray tank discharge knife valves when the assembly was out, something I wouldn't have thought about. He also took a few minutes to straighten up the wiring harness as it came from Roadtrek looking like a bird's nest. Yet again, Igor solves our problem. I neglected to retract the stairs to our cabover unit. Clipped a pole and the pole won. Called Igor, he said stop by his Petaluma shop Friday afternoon on our way home. By the time we unloaded our gear into our daughters car, he'd ordered the replacement stairs and said we could pick our unit up next week. Quality customer service separates those who claim to be customer focused from those who deliver great service day after day. Igor delivers! 5 Stars*****

We have been coming to Fin Coachworks for several years and every experience has more than met our expectations. Not only do they do excellent work, the owner even makes suggestions that both accomplish the job but also saves us money. We have had some really bad experiences at other RV repair shops. Our only regret is that we didn’t find this shop sooner!
