Dr Hakim is excellent. I left my appointment feeling well educated and confident in her care. She is very thorough but also has an excellent bedside manner.

Had my first appt with Jinhui Yuan, and was also able to meet Dr Hakim. Both wonderful physicians. They listened to me, it was a sense of comfort when I left my appt knowing I have a team of doctors that truly care! The receptionists were awesome as well!

Every time I’m here, I wait anywhere from 45 - 75 mins PAST my appointment time and my visits with the PA herself last less than 5 minutes. It’s so ridiculous that this continues despite responses to reviews that they have “changed their scheduling.” I’ve been coming to this practice for 8 months and can assure you, nothing has changed.

I would give them a zero but you have to give at least one star. Dr. Yuan may know what she is talking about but she can never be on time for appointments. I’ve waited in the office for 45 minutes before walking out of the exam room to reschedule my appointment. I’ve also waited over 2 hours for a virtual visit. Both times, I never received any notice that they were running behind. This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable. I would find another office if you need an endocrinologist.

Horrible patient care. Waited over an hour in the exam room for a quick check up. Not even with a doctor...a PA. This place needs to schedule better. So annoyed!
