A little late on my post as Fimbel was out to my house about a month ago, but I have to say this company has great customer service and wants to make sure they keep their customers happy! I had a relatively minor complaint, which was addressed with the Service Manager Jon Fimbel, and he made sure they made it more than right even as a first time customer. I would definitely recommend Fimbel for your garage door needs, and will be contacting them again when the need arises.
We just added an addition to our house and needed 2 new garage doors. We called Fimbel doors for the job. We are so happy. From the minute they came out for the estimate until they swept up after the completion of the job they were so professional. They are very detailed and neat. Great execution of the whole project . Very customer service oriented and take great pride in their work. Will definitely use them again! Would recommend with confidence.
