Tech showed up on time and got right to work! He adjusted the garage doors so they closed without really pressing down on the concrete! He replaced the rubber seal on both my doors. greased the track and lubed the hinges and rolls. Made my garage doors a lot quieter! got the wall plates to work so now I can open both doors without the remote. Tech educated me on the doors I have and what to do to keep them quiet.
