This place wasted over a month of my time by repeatedly delaying my appointment since June 14th. Every time I thought I was finally going to be seen, they pushed it back again with no clear explanation and zero respect for my time. The level of disorganization is unbelievable — it honestly seems like no one knows what's going on. Dr Fatima is the best doctor who has come in my life she has been helping me tremendously on my weight lose journey she is caring and very easy to talk to she goes out her way to help you and make it easy on appointments as well love her thank uou
Called to make an appointment yesterday and the person on the phone said I could come between 11:30am - 2pm for an appointment. That’s already weird if I’m making an appointment for a specific time. I come in the day after at 11:30am and then told that the doctor won’t come in until 1 and want me to come back later. Unprofessional behavior and you will waste your time
