Ayant déjà fait des achats à cette boutique. J'avais besoin de changer ma cartouche de table tournante. Paul m'a donné de très bon conseils. Il m'a installé ma nouvelle cartouche sur place. Le travail a été fait rapidement avec précision et professionnalisme. De plus, j'ai rencontré M. Simonelli que je connaissais par le truchement de ses capsules web sur YouTube (Une personne très sympathique). De retour à la maison, je suis extrêmement satisfait de ma nouvelle cartouche. Je recommande sans hésitation cette boutique.
Feb 3,2022 I had an extremely bad experience with this company purchasing through Amazon. Unprofessional and inconsistent service. I was charged a 20% restocking fee on an AudioQuest product (USB A to B Cinnamon cable) that was unopened and unused. I had the product in my possession for ~7 days before having to spend $26.00 to return the product. In total, including the restocking fee, I’m out over $50.00 for a cable that was never used.
