Brand new AC installed. Crane never showed, 5 floor walk up. Conked out day 2 due to installer not blowing out line at install- repaired. Leaking since day 1. 3 weeks later being asked for $99 to diagnose leak that won’t stop.
Extremely disappointing experience with Filterbuy/Liberty Air. I had an AC maintenance service from them, and just a few days later my drain line backed up and shut down my system. When the technician (Mark) returned, he became defensive when we questioned whether the drain line had been properly serviced. He even threatened to leave before completing the work. Called them to come out and clean out my ac units. Gave me a price over the phone and scheduled me between 1-3 for that next Tuesday. No one shows up. I call them at 3:30 they let me know my call was on the schedule but no technician was assigned to it. Great. I give them the benefit of the doubt and let them reschedule me. The technician shows up the day of and let’s me know if I want it cleaned it out it would be $850. I let him know that was not what me and the sales rep agreed to.
