Called them to come out and clean out my ac units. Gave me a price over the phone and scheduled me between 1-3 for that next Tuesday. No one shows up. I call them at 3:30 they let me know my call was on the schedule but no technician was assigned to it. Great. I give them the benefit of the doubt and let them reschedule me. The technician shows up the day of and let’s me know if I want it cleaned it out it would be $850. I let him know that was not what me and the sales rep agreed to.
