There simply isn't a retail business I've ever supported that has the quality and customer service of Fillson
I love this store. Someone is doing a great job hiring and keeping staff because everyone who works here is just the coolest and very helpful. Sometimes I think customer service is dead, but not at Filson. It’s always a very pleasant experience to shop here.
Filson clothes are something that you'll keep forever. Great sales too. Very well made.
What an amazing store! A delight to visit, with an authentic old fashioned atmosphere. The service is old school as well - friendly, helpful and efficient, without being pushy. Best of all is what they sell - outdoor goods beyond compare. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. You cannot argue with quality like this. And there is dedicated parking just across the street.
