Filson has gone downhill fast. Unfortunately Bedrock Manufacturing (which owns Filson) hired a new New CEO Steve Katzman who prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction, and their employees. It’s unfortunate that such a Northwest Iconic brand is being ruined by greed. You used to see the same employees for many years, all who knew every detail about the products and the brand. It’s unfortunate that such a Northwest Iconic brand is being ruined by greed. One of the programs that honors our military members by offering discounts, was recently revamped.
