Joseph Ruger was both my sales rep and installer. Fast response, communicated the process and quote via email which was greatly appreciated. I was 1/2 hour early and willing to wait as Joseph had a customer already in his bay. I would say less than 30 minutes later, he said he was all finished and I thought he was talking to the customer waiting. Joseph came in and did tinting on our Skylight windows there was an immediate temperature drop and an increased Comfort level Joseph the technician that applied our film was very professional very clean did not make a mess cleaned up after the process was completed very reasonable pricing excellent service would highly recommend
Was recommended by my car dealer to go see Joe at Film Masters to get the windows on my 2018 Subaru Impreza tinted since I recently moved up this way and didn't know where to go. I have to say that Joe is very friendly and professional on the phone and in person. He offers 2 locations for your tinting needs which is also nice.
