Initial experience was excellent & after a few walk-throughs & going over details(interior & exterior), we felt confident the company would live up to the quality & attention to detail they advertise. 1st day the owner & crew showed & our hopes of a good job started to diminish. I can’t say enough good about Fillo Painting. Fillo went beyond my expectations! They were on time, polite, and accommodating. I’ve used a number of painters over the years I just wished I would have found Fillo first!
Fillo painting does not honor their warranty., they did a horrible job in their prep and preparation of painting our home in May 2020. When Sherwin Williams came out to look at the home two times they said that it was Filli Painting and not Sherwin Williams. Sherwin Williams gave us back the money for the cost of the paint because of the poor prep and preparation done by Fillo painting. Do not use them. Excellent Job. Everything from the initial sales engagement through the final walk through. I had the exterior of my house painted. In 95 degree heat I might add. The painters never complained, never really rested on the job. Complete professionals. The manager (Sara) came by several times to inspect the quality of work. She even caught a few oversights that I did see. But the kicker was, I had removed a few items from the outside walls and garage in order for them to paint.
