I rarely post reviews, but I had a frustrating experience with a scheduled viewing today. I had a 1 PM appointment with Eva and was instructed to text her one hour prior to confirm. As per my screenshots, you can see that I actually texted about 1.5 hours (11:26 AM) before using the exact phone number she provided in her email, but I never received a response when confirming the appointment. Beware of this company. They want a $200 application fee AND first month rent as a deposit before u can see the apartment. They will run off with your money be careful.
