My room was awesome and I also got some free stuff a free bed and plants and towels ,including free food food and drinks and a water heater ,but the floors were so dirty that I had to clean it it was awful but great experience also I went to the pool there was not lifeguards there and I was drowning and someone came to help me and my brother.
It has a roach smell in my cabinets that don’t go away but no roaches it old shelves it kinda old like rigid up to look good but it not it awful and the outlet don’t hold the plug in the connection to charge or work it falls out I pay to much for this to be happening
My family member loves it ! Great place if you are looking for a starter apartment, or just a quiet place to live. Jennifer in the office, she is very helpful, and the customer service is excellent so far. Maintenance has also been great. I recommend, especially if you like to stay to yourself.
If i could give a million stars i would!! Maintenance gets things done in a timely manner. The manager, Jennifer is nice to everyone no matter the circumstances so if you have a problem with her or bad review with her that’s most likely on you. She’s done a great job up keeping the property since she’s came!!
Great experience at Fillmore Place Apartments! Jennifer is an excellent manager. Always helpful, responsive, and professional. She truly cares about the residents here. Highly recommend!
