The reason for 3 stars is because the condo had very little insulation, cold air went through the walls and came out through the power sockets! Impossible to keep it at 70F without spending a fortune in heating and having heaters on all day long. The rest was all pretty good, except for the homelessness around Safeway.
The building management is horrible. They fired someone that we adored and made the building feel like a community. Then, they hired individuals that have not been trained properly that failed to answer questions. They also have a move-in and move-out fee of $400. As a condo building, having moving fees at this rate is unheard of when they don't do anything, but collect "fees." It's a very nice building, well cared for and maintained from the inside out.
I came here on 420 is in a comedy show the venue was great
