I have gone to innumerable salons trying to find someone who: 1) cares about the quality of her work (Annette is meticulous!) 2) cares about cleanliness and sanitary condition of instruments/salon AND 3) speaks English! I finally found it! Can't even express how happy I am to have found her. She's even close to my house...what could be better??!!
