I would not recommend renting from Filkey & associates. I rented the india st location and was very disappointed in my overall experience—lack of responsiveness, hidden fees and lack of professionalism. 1. Despite asking several times we were never put on the HOA building codes distribution and as such would get locked out of our building and had to ask our neighbors for the new codes 2. This company is the BEST EVER💜💕♥️They took care of my property here at Mission Greens for quite a few years 💜♥️♥️Also watched over new paint, new carpet, etc and background checking for great tenants ♥️💜💕And they moved me back to San Diego from AZ 🎯THANK YOU🎯💕♥️
