Went in for a full eye exam and I had questions for the optometrist she was rude and did not answer my questions. I was told I could look at new glasses frames and they never let me choose ones I wanted and only told me to look. Unprofessional, do not recommend this place. I am supposed to get contacts and was told I would get a call from them, it’s been a month and I haven’t heard anything.
What a pleasant group of people! From reception to the Optometrist to the optician - they were attentive, helpful and very professional. Everything was explained well beforehand and everyone was very nice. Very happy with the service there! I’ll go back.
