I just had to see Nationwide a copy of my mother's death certificate to get her life insurance. Filichia has had a copy for 6 weeks and said they would forword this to Nationwide. When I contacted Nationwide, they said this had not happened and I just sent it myself. I knew something was amiss. Glad I contacted the parent company. Not sure how long I would have had to wait for the money to pay for the furneral. They did not seem very attenative at the local agency.
