They are Slum-Lords. They will gladly take your money, and give you nothing in return. Do not expect any repairs, maintenance, or security.
I don't recommend rent in this place there have a bad problem with the mold went you call them to fix anything they take forever and who ever manages the apartments they only want to hear them and not the ones that rent the apartment.
If 0 was an option that would be most appropriate. My mother is a homeowner with an adjoining fence to a house being rented. When the fence needed fixing they agreed to pay for half with the stipulation that the property management would find the workers to fix the fence. Less than six months later the fence began to lean.
