If you judge a restaurant by one thing, judge it by consistency. Every time I’ve been to Filiberto’s in Prescott, the food has been hot, fresh, and exactly what I’m hoping for. The carne asada is well-seasoned, the portions are generous, and the tortillas taste like they were made for the meal—not pulled from a package hours earlier. Just absolutely amazing food and customer service. Highly recommend!!!
Ordered the chile Relleno burrito and it was ice cold inside. The green chiles were tough. Should have read ingredients before ordering which is guacamole and pico de gallo . It was so messy and gross we threw away. It is NOT CHILE RELLENO!
