I really wanted to like Filiberto’s — the service was actually great. The staff was polite, fast, and the food came out quickly. From a customer service standpoint, they nailed it. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. I ordered the carne asada, which seemed like a safe choice, but it turned out to be a huge mistake. My husband and I went through the drive-thru this evening and got carne asada fries, 3 rolled tacos, a #3 with a carne asada burrito with it and two drinks. We get through the line pay for everything and head home only to find out the burrito was missing, which then lead us to the receipt and we then realized that she never charged us for the burrito.
